WhatsApp Messenger demonstrated a more fluctuating download trend. Downloads started at about 49.9K in late March, saw a peak of 70.2K in early April, and settled around 31.3K by the end of June. Despite these fluctuations, the app maintained a strong base of active users, consistently around 13.2M to 13.3M.
Facebook showed a relatively stable performance in terms of weekly downloads, hovering around the 20K to 27K range. The app’s weekly revenue showed some variation, peaking at $12.4K in late May. Active user numbers remained steady, with minor fluctuations around 8.4M to 8.6M.
Telegram Messenger had a stable download pattern, with weekly downloads ranging from 15.1K to 21.2K over the quarter. The app saw a notable increase in revenue in mid-June, reaching $1.4K, before dropping to $498 by the end of the month. Active users showed slight fluctuations, maintaining around 1.2M.
Messenger by Meta Platforms also had a consistent download performance, ranging from 17.5K to 23.4K. Weekly revenue remained relatively low but stable, around $146 to $398. Active users showed slight declines, from approximately 3.2M at the end of March to 3.1M by the end of June.
